In our house you have to forget packed jams and something else packed..

We prepared the breakfast: we do jams, cakes, biscuits using biological and fair trade foods putting in the table a little bit of our Island ( cow and sheep milk, cheese and ham or salami ) We choose to use the fair trade foods because: We trust in the work of some cooperatives who support producers, in different part of the unfavored world (by our capitalistic system) , helping them to start to work and paying them the right price for their products, breaking the slavery links with multinational factories. During the summer,we serve the breakfast in the garden and , in the winter, in front of the fireplace, around a big table. We wait you from 8.30 to 10.00!! If you’ll arrive at 9,55 a.m, you’ll help us to clear the table and wash dishes!!!!
